DUBLIN--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Elan Corporation, plc (NYSE:ELN) (Elan) today announced the final results of its modified Dutch auction Tender Offer, to purchase its Ordinary Shares, including Ordinary Shares represented by American Depositary Shares (Shares), up to a maximum aggregate cost of US$1.0 billion, which closed at 8:00 a.m., Irish time, on April 18, 2013.
