Orlando Business Journal -- A Maryland firm acquired an east Orlando Burger King last month for $1.2 million. North Bethesda, Md.-based Abha Property Holdings LLC bought the restaurant, 728 S. Alafaya Trail, from Winter Park-based K&B Alafaya Associates LLC. The more than 2,000-square-foot restaurant was previously a corporate ground lease.
