dj Orthopedics, Inc. To Buy Aircast For $290 Million

NEW YORK, Feb 27 (Reuters) - Medical device maker DJ Orthopedics (DJO.N: Quote, Profile, Research) is close to acquiring cast manufacturer Aircast Inc. for about $290 million, the Wall Street Journal reported on Monday.
