DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - August 13, 2008) - As part of the Company’s transition from a pharmacy company to a digital medical software company, digiMedical Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DGMS) has completed the sale of three of its Harrington’s Acquisitions Inc.'s pharmacies, two located in Dallas, Texas, and one located in Ft. Meyers, Florida, to Executive Health Care of Wyoming. digiMedical is not selling the Company’s proprietary digital prescription handling software. Instead, digiMedical will receive transaction based sales commissions for every prescription that is fulfilled using digiRX software or digiReauth call center services currently in use at these three pharmacies and surrounding physician offices and clinics.
