Orange County Business Journal -- There’s a new name atop the ranks of Orange County’s medical device makers. Irvine heart valve maker Edwards Lifesciences Corp. is the largest employer in the local medical device industry after adding nearly 200 employees, according to this week’s Business Journal list.
