(Nasdaq:DSCP) today announced that Getinge AB has voluntarily withdrawn and re-filed its Premerger Notification and Report Form under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act (the "HSR Act") in connection with its announced $53.00 per share cash tender offer (the "Offer") for all of the outstanding shares of Datascope.
