PRNewswire -- Darden Restaurants today announced that Dan Lyons, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, has elected to retire from the company effective December 31, 2009. He will be succeeded by Daisy Ng on June 1, 2009, and remain in a transition support role for the balance of the calendar year.
