For the quarter ended December 31, 2006, the Company reported a net loss of approximately $1.1 million or $0.03 per share basic and diluted compared to a net loss of approximately $1.8 million or $0.06 per share basic and diluted for the corresponding period in 2005. For the year ended December 31, 2006, the Company reported a net loss of approximately $8.2 million or $0.26 per share basic and diluted compared to a net loss of approximately $8.6 million or $0.28 per share basic and diluted for the corresponding period in 2005.
