March 3 (Reuters) - Covalent Group Inc. (CVGR.O: Quote, Profile, Research) on Friday said it has agreed to buy privately-held Remedium Oy for $20 million in cash and stock. Under the terms of the deal, Covalent will pay $16 million in shares and $4 million in cash, subject to certain purchase price adjustments.
