(NASDAQ: CLDA) announced today that Vital Scientific N.V., the European arm of its Vital Diagnostics division, signed an OEM agreement with Sclavo Diagnostics International S.r.l. of Sovicille (Siena), Italy, to sell the Company’s line of automated clinical chemistry analyzers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and to provide installation and first line support services.
