Chief Talent Officer Selected: Corbett Accel Poised To Build Supra-Culture

CHICAGO, Feb. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- To direct its aggressive talent growth strategy, Corbett Accel Healthcare Group recently has appointed Phila Broich as Executive Vice President, Chief Talent Officer. The new position exemplified the Agency’s commitment to become a magnet for top talent within the industry.

Prior to joining Corbett Accel, Broich worked as a consultant for IBM’s Business Consulting Services Practice, handling organizational change strategy in the areas of communication, media and entertainment.

Broich has extensive experience in the agency environment most recently holding the position of Senior Vice President, Director of Operations and Organizational Development at J. Brown & Associates, a subsidiary of Grey Advertising. There, she designed and implemented programs that aligned the agency to improve business results. Additionally, Broich was instrumental in executing the agency’s vision and strategy as a part of its executive team. Broich also worked for Tatham Euro RSCG as a Broadcast Business Supervisor and at Darcy Masius Benton & Bowles as a Senior Production Coordinator.

Broich completed a double major in mass communications and theatre at Western Illinois University in Macomb. She also holds a master’s of fine arts from the California Institute of the Arts in Valencia, Calif., and a master’s of science in organizational development from Loyola University in Chicago.
