Former Co-Head of Global Healthcare Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan, Andrea will provide the Cell Medica Board with an exceptional understanding of the strategic and financial drivers for success in the healthcare industry.

Previously, he was Co-Head of Global Healthcare Investment Banking and Vice Chairman of Investment Banking in Europe at J.P. Morgan. Mr. Ponti joined J.P.
