("Cavit") (OTCBB: CVIT) announced that it has received $500,000 pursuant to two Common Stock Purchase Agreements ("Agreements"), executed on November 29, 2007, to fund continued development and growth of the Company. In addition, approximately $4.5 million will be available to Cavit in the event all of the warrants are exercised associated with the Agreements.
