C. R. Bard, Inc. (NYSE: BCR) today reported 2014 first quarter financial results. First quarter 2014 net sales were $799.3 million, an increase of 8 percent over the prior-year period on both an as-reported and constant currency basis.
For the first quarter 2014, net sales in the U.S. were $551.4 million, an increase of 11 percent over the prior-year period. Net sales outside the U.S. were $247.9 million, an increase of 3 percent over the prior-year period on both an as-reported and constant currency basis.
