infoZine -- Burger King Corporation will pay $85,000 and furnish significant non-monetary relief to settle a sexual harassment lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the agency announced today. The EEOC had charged that a female employee of the Clemmons, N.C., Burger King was subjected to a sexually hostile work environment when she was 18-years-old.
