NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE: BMY) announced today that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of ZymoGenetics, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZGEN). As a result of the transaction, ZymoGenetics has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bristol-Myers Squibb.
