MASSDEVICE ON CALL — Boston Scientific (NYSE:BSX) cut the ribbon on its new global headquarters this summer, unveiling a 110,000 square-foot addition to its “campus quadrangle.”
The new facility, designed by Margulies Perruzzi Architects, features a 2-story lobby, an “innovation cafe,” a glass-walled gallery with a view of a landscaped courtyard and enclosed glass walkways between the buildings on campus.
According to Margulies Perruzzi Architects: Completed in June 2014, the design of the global headquarters building embraces a high performance workspace strategy that fosters flexibility and collaboration, promotes company branding and core values, and provides a technology-enabled and healthy work environment.
