Shareholders voted to re-elect all eight members of Biovail's Board of Directors - Chairman Eugene Melnyk, Chief Executive Officer Dr. Douglas Squires, Wilfred Bristow, Sheldon Plener, Dr. Laurence Paul, Michael Van Every, Jamie Sokalsky and William (Bill) Wells.
