EDMONTON, May 23 /CNW/ - BioMS Medical Corp (TSX: MS), a leading
developer of products for the treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS), today
announced that it has completed its previously announced underwritten public
offering of 16,100,000 units at a price of $2.75 per unit for total gross
proceeds to the Company of $44,275,000.
