(OTC Bulletin Board: BLTA) announced today that they have received their Frequency Allocation from the U.S. Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) for its weekly U.S.-Russia combination service for scheduled foreign air transportation of persons, property and mail between New York, New York and St. Petersburg, Russia. This D.O.T. Allocation marks another major accomplishment achieved, moving Baltia closer to its inaugural flight.
