Symphony Health Services Appoints R. Scott Jones As New CEO

HUNT VALLEY, Md., Dec. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Symphony Health Services, a leading provider of ancillary health services, today announced the appointment of R. Scott Jones as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Jones brings to the position more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining Symphony Health Services, Mr. Jones served as CEO of Accentia, Inc., a specialty bio-pharmaceuticals company. Before that, he held senior operating posts with General Electric Medical Systems and PharMerica, Inc. and currently serves on the Board of Directors of American Radiology Services, Inc., an affiliate of Johns Hopkins.

Mr. Jones will operate out of Symphony Health Services’ corporate headquarters located in Hunt Valley, Maryland.
