Actions were taken against individuals or firms in the following counties: Allegheny (9 actions); Armstrong (2 actions); Beaver (2 actions); Berks (3 actions); Blair (1 action); Bucks (5 actions); Butler (2 actions); Chester (2 actions); Columbia (1 action); Cumberland (2 actions); Delaware (1 action); Erie (2 actions); Fayette (1 action); Franklin (4 actions); Lackawanna (1 action); Lancaster (1 action); Lehigh (3 actions); Lycoming (2 actions); Mercer (1 action); Montgomery (7 actions); Philadelphia (7 actions); Venango (1 action); Washington (2 actions); Westmoreland (4 actions); Wyoming (3 actions); York (6 actions). A total of 20 actions involved Pennsylvania licenses with out-of-state addresses.
