Octapharma Plasma Inc. will invest $39.2 million to expand its operation in south Charlotte, adding 45 jobs. The company will relocate to a facility in Westlake Business Park that is slated to be complete mid-2014. Octapharma, which has had a presence in Charlotte since 2009, currently has an office on Whitehall Park Drive. The company’s local employee count wasn’t immediately available.
