COPENHAGEN (AFX) - NeuroSearch AS said it has reached a conditional agreement to buy all the shares in Sweden's A. Carlsson Research AB for a total cost of about 875 mln skr. Carlsson Research, one of Sweden's leading biopharmaceutical companies, focuses on the development of drugs for the treatment of diseases in the central nervous system (CNS).
