Selwyn Kahanovitz, Martin Kahanovitz and Morena Makhoana, the former CEO, CFO and deputy CEO of Litha Healthcare have acquired that company’s device and vaccine businesses from Litha’s parent, Endo International.
Endo acquired 100% of Litha Healthcare and delisted the company in early February.
The price paid for the two business units was not disclosed.
