Denver’s Intertech Plastics Inc. said Wednesday it has acquired Image Molding, a Denver company that provides injection molding and contract manufacturing services to the medical-devices industry. Intertech makes custom injection-molded plastic products, such as cellphone cases and baby-changing stations. With the acquisition, Image Molding will become Intertech’s medical-industry division, it said.
