Saxonburg laser and infrared technology provider II-VI Inc. has deals to acquire two businesses meant to expand its semiconductor laser operations, including one that had been subject to a bidding war among potential buyers.
The combined value of the acquisitions is $110 million in cash, according to the company’s announcement this morning.
