NEW YORK, April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Group Health Incorporated (GHI), a not- for-profit health insurer in New York, recently hired 60 new customer service employees in the Syracuse office. Since the end of 2004, GHI has increased its customer service staff by 53%, bringing the total number of employees at this location to 215. The new employees will serve GHI subscribers, groups and providers. More than 3,000 applicants applied for these employment opportunities.
