Memphis-based Grace Medical has acquired a 41-year old surgical product supplier.
Grace Medical, which specializes in products for ear, nose and throat specialists, has acquired Otomed, a Lake Havasu City, Arizona-based company. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
