CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has affirmed the long-term ratings of AmerisourceBergen Corp. (NYSE: ABC) at ‘A-' and the short-term ratings at ‘F2'. The Rating Outlook is Stable.
The rating actions apply to approximately $2 billion of debt at June 30, 2014. A full list of rating actions follows at the end of this release.
