Headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT, Tandem Labs is a leading bioanalytical and immunoanalytical contract research organization (CRO) supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies with their discovery, preclinical, and clinical drug development programs. The sale of Tandem Labs generated a return for DWHP’s investors of approximately 6.9x invested capital. DWHP and Tandem Labs were advised by William Blair & Company during the transaction.
