As previously reported, on December 16, 2014, NASDAQ notified the Company that its common stock was not in listing compliance as it failed to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 over the previous 30 consecutive business days as required by NASDAQ’s listing rules. On April 29, 2015, the Company received a notice from the NASDAQ indicating that since the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock had been at $1.00 per share or greater for the last 10 consecutive business days, the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and this matter is now closed.
