Prior to joining Telcare, Dr. Melani worked in a number of executive leadership positions at Highmark Inc. culminating in the role of President and CEO from 2003-2012 where he grew the company into one of the largest and most diversified health care companies in the United States serving over 32 million individuals with revenues in excess of $16 billion.
