BISHOPS STORTFORD, England, October 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --
Third party developers are invited to integrate their applications across the whole Dotmatics Platform
Dotmatics, a leading provider of scientific informatics solutions and services, has launched the Dotmatics Ecosystem Program. It will enable third party organisations to develop and seamlessly integrate their scientific applications into Dotmatics’ solutions. The Dotmatics Platform is a single, fully integrated system that includes knowledge management applications and information query and reporting modules as well as data analysis and visualisation tools.
The web-based architecture enables applications from third party vendors to be instantly deployed with all modules available in the Dotmatics Platform, including: Browser, the extensible information integration, mining and reporting platform, Vortex a visualisation and analysis system, Register and BioRegister, Chemistry and Biology registration and data management modules, and Studies Notebook, a multifunctional Electronic Lab Notebook for Biology and Chemistry.
Dr Stephen Gallagher, Dotmatics CEO, said “This program will enable our customers and partners to expand what they can do with the Dotmatics Platform. Many third party organisations have already integrated their applications, and many users have developed new functionality to address their specific needs directly within our Platform. This new program puts a formal framework around an activity that has been growing organically at Dotmatics. This drives our philosophy of capturing and providing integrated knowledge from all required sources, and delivering it at the point and time of need.”
Developers interested in becoming part of the Dotmatics Ecosystem Program should contact Dr Mariana Vaschetto (mv@dotmatics.com) who can outline the program.
