TUSTIN, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 7, 2006--Strengthening its position as a leader in the ultrasound market, Toshiba America Medical Systems Inc. today announced the successful installation of six Aplio(TM) ultrasound systems at Delnor-Community Hospital in Geneva, Ill. The new Aplio systems allow clinicians at the hospital, and the new Center for Breast Health on the Delnor campus, to expand imaging capabilities and improve overall diagnostic confidence when evaluating patients or conducting complex interventional procedures.
