July 13 (Reuters) - Cross Country Healthcare Inc. (CCRN.O: Quote, Profile, Research) said it agreed to acquire privately held Assent Consulting in a cash deal valued at $19.6 million, to expand to the West Coast and extend its research services to the biotechnology market.
