Clinical Data Declares Fifteenth Consecutive Quarterly Cash Dividend

Clinical Data, Inc. (NASDAQ:CLDA) announced today that the Board of Directors of the Company has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per common share, payable on September 24, 2004 to shareholders of record on August 20, 2004.
