BaseClear has been certified to process customer samples using the NimbleGen SeqCap EZ Library (solution phase) workflow for next-generation sequencing, most specifically using SeqCap EZ Exome version 2.0 products, in their lab in Leiden. They passed a rigorous certification test plan to achieve precise experimental standards to officially join the Roche NimbleGen CSP Program. BaseClear is the first Certified Service Provider for this application in Europe and the second provider worldwide.
