American HealthChoice Ends Negotiations To Acquire Florida Medical Infrared Imaging Company

FLOWER MOUND, Texas, June 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American HealthChoice, Inc. announced today that it has terminated negotiations to acquire the assets of Micro Health Systems, Inc., a Florida corporation, which distributes medical infrared imaging equipment.

“The terms of the proposed agreement were not satisfactory for our Company and its shareholders,” said Dr. J.W. Stucki, American HealthChoice Chairman and CEO. “We still maintain a strategic interest in infrared medical imaging and will continue to seek appropriate opportunities with this technology.”
