(OTCBB: MLNK - News), announced today that effective as of July 11, 2006, its corporate name changed to Auriga Laboratories, Inc., a reverse split of its common stock in a ratio of 1-for-15 became effective and its corporate domicile changed from Colorado to Delaware. In addition, effective with the opening of trading tomorrow, July 20, 2006, the Company's new trading symbol on the OTC Bulletin Board will be ARGA.
