Astellas Pharma Canada, Inc. named to the 2019 List of Best Workplaces for Inclusion

Astellas received this recognition after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®. In addition to being cited for Inclusion, Astellas was named in 2018 for the third consecutive year as a Best Workplace in Canada and also a Best Workplace for Women in Canada.

The list of Best Workplaces™ for Inclusion is based on direct feedback from employees from among the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. The data has a 90 per cent confidence level and a margin of error of plus or minus 5 per cent.

To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified in the past year and at least 90 per cent of their employees must agree that they are treated fairly regardless of personal characteristics such as gender, ethnicity, age, language or sexual orientation. The organizations that are distinguished by this enviable designation are selected based on employee responses to inclusion-related Trust Index statements.
