NORWOOD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aspect Medical Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASPM) today announced that it has priced its previously announced private placement of $110 million aggregate principal amount of 2.5% convertible senior notes due 2014 to qualified institutional buyers. Aspect Medical has granted the initial purchaser of the notes an option to purchase up to an additional $15 million principal amount of notes.
