X4 Pharmaceuticals Announces Proposed Public Offering

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--()--X4 Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: XFOR), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the research, development and commercialization of novel therapeutics for the treatment of rare diseases, announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock (or pre-funded warrants to purchase its common stock in lieu thereof) and Class B warrants to purchase its common stock. All of the securities in the offering will be sold by X4. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
