Two Former Galesburg Hotels Face Demolition
Wgil -- The Galesburg City Council has given the go-ahead to ready the wrecking ball for two former hotels. Aldermen Monday night okayed demolition proceedings to begin against the former Super 8 hotel on West Main Street, and the former Regency on the city's far north side along Henderson Street. Both have been closed for years.
