Sandhill Scientific Inc. bought an English manufacturer of medical diagnostic equipment and its U.S. subsidiary in a move meant to geographically expand Sandhill's market presence in Britain and Europe, the company announced Tuesday.
Highlands Ranch-based Sandhill Scientific's purchase of Oakfield Instrument Ltd. will result in the British company being renamed Sandhill-UK.
