Hotel Must Stop Using Names of 2 Disputed Bars
Union Tribune -- For now, just refer to them as “Nightclub No. 1” and “Nightclub No. 2.” Downtown's Hard Rock Hotel, locked in an ongoing legal dispute with celebrity bar owner Rande Gerber over management rights to two nightclub operations within the hotel, was ordered this week by an Orange County judge to stop using the bars' Sweetwater Saloon and Moonstone Lounge names.
