Dwyer, MD to the position of Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) member. In this role, Dr. Dwyer will provide clinical expertise and leadership for nephrology clinical studies and related areas at Biorasi.

Dr. Dwyer is a Professor of Medicine in the Division of Nephrology and Hypertension and Director of the Nephrology Clinical Trials Center at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He is also the current Chair of the Board, President, and Principal Investigator of the Collaborative Study Group, an international academic research organization.

Dr. Dwyer is a practicing clinical nephrologist who sees patients across the full spectrum of kidney disease, and has served on multiple executive and steering committees for large trials, particularly in CKD progression and cardiovascular outcomes. Dr. Dwyer holds an MD with distinction from Brown University Medical School and has trained in Internal Medicine at Mayo Clinic Florida, and Nephrology and Clinical Research at Vanderbilt.

Dr. Dwyer is one of five SAB members that have joined Biorasi in 2021. This esteemed group of clinicians and researchers includes experts in the fields of nephrology, hematology, oncology, dermatology, and neurology, working together with Biorasi’s Board of Directors and company leadership.
