Global Dosimetry Solutions, Inc., Promotes Joel White To VP, Process Integration

IRVINE, Calif., Jan. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Dosimetry Solutions, Inc. (GDS), a leading provider of personal radiation monitoring solutions, has announced the promotion of Joel White to Vice President of Process Integration. In his new capacity, White's responsibilities will include widespread implementation of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement.

White began his career in 1974 as an Environmental Scientist at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, responsible for the environmental dosimetry monitoring program and special projects for environmental sampling. From 1980 to 1995, White was a Senior Health Physicists at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, responsible for the dosimetry monitoring processing lab, emergency response and radiological monitoring sample collection program. He joined GDS in 1996, and has served in a number of critical technical roles. White graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he received his BS and ME degrees in Nuclear Engineering.
