Dynamic Health Products, Inc. Achieves Record Revenues For FY 2004

LARGO, Fla., July 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dynamic Health Products, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: DYHP) (“Dynamic”) (the “Company”) today announced record consolidated revenues for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2004 increasing 127.9% to $1,892,539 as compared to $830,436 for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2003. Current fiscal year operations resulted in pretax net loss of $247,650 with net loss available to common shareholders of $108,671, or $0.01 per basic and diluted share for the fiscal year ended 2004 as compared to pretax net loss of $6,709,735 and net loss available to common shareholders of $4,291,589 or $0.35 per basic and fully diluted share for fiscal year ended 2003.

We believe our balance sheet is strong and well-positioned for the growth of the Company, with approximately $4 million in working capital as of March 31, 2004 and a book value of $0.26 per share,” stated Mandeep Taneja, Chief Executive Officer.

On June 14, 2004, the Board of Directors of the Company approved a dividend distribution in the form of shares of Vertical Health Solutions, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: VHSL) (“VHSL”), to shareholders of record of Dynamic, as of July 1, 2004. The payment rate is one (1) share of VHSL for every ten (10) shares of Dynamic on record as of July 1, 2004. Payment will be made on July 15, 2004.
