Allianz Life Appoints New Medical Director

Allianz Healthcare Risk Management, the healthcare excess of loss division of Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (Allianz Life(R)) announces the addition of Gail Bender, M.D. as consulting Medical Director. In this role, Dr. Bender will focus on facility and program credentialing of the Allianz LifeTrac(SM) Transplant Network. In addition, she will support the Medical Management team and identify trends in medical care and technology that affect Allianz Life healthcare excess of loss clients and products.
